Raiko Systems, Inc has two very simple goals:

Raiko Systems believes that technology, management innovations and best practices should be equally accessible to the masses, including small businesses and the non-profit organizations.*  This is why we have the network of highly skilled consultants whom agree to work with our clients at reduced rates.  Please note that we say "low cost" but not "free" access.  Although many of our consultants donate their time, there will be some administrative expenses that we pass on to our clients.  We keep our cost low by pulling together resources, however.

Raiko funds the development of low cost, high quality software and technologies as much as our budget allows.  Our clients get the indirect benefit of us funding such projects.

Raiko aims to provide employment and training opportunities for the technical and management professionals who are looking to work in community based small businesses or in not-for-profit space.  Our network provides the flexible, yet meaningful working opportunities to seasoned professionals or to recent graduates just starting out in consulting arena.

Raiko consciously tries to pair up a more experienced consultant with a less experienced consultant on any given project so that mentoring and relationship building take place.  Our clients get the extra technical and management help that they need while the consultants enhance their skills and network.  This is a nice win-win-win situation.
