T. J. Saotome Founder and Managing Partner

Mr. Saotome has over 20 years of experience in technology and business management.  He is well versed in business-to-technology alignment, business process improvement, web-enabled applications development, Client/Server systems programming, systems documentation and training development.   He has been leading information systems management, customer support, product development, and technical implementations in manufacturing, telecommunication, software, retail and other customer focused industries.

He has been teaching professional seminars in Japan, US, and in UK for wide-ranging technology topics, such as Object-Oriented analysis and Design, Real-time systems programming, Enterprise network security, Modern Project Management, Wireless networking and Multi-vendor networking.

His past and present relationships include Hitachi, Ford Motors, Anheuser-Busch, United Airlines, Siebe and Sony.  He graduated with High Distinction (equiv. Magna cum laude) with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
